 PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR LOT RENTAL IS DUE ON THE 1^ST…NOT THE 3^RD OF THE MONTH. ON THE 4^TH A $25.00 LATE FEEL WILL BE IMPOSED AND $5.00 A DAY LATE FEE EVERY DAY UNTIL PAID. ALSO, A 5% LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ELECTRIC CHARGES.

WATER GUIDELINES

You can wash cars or hand water your gardens, anytime as long as you have a nozzle on your hose that turns off the water when not using.



If we request you replace a leaking hose, you will have 48 hours to do so. If not done by that time, water to your unit will be turned off, and the hose disconnected. If you reconnect the hose, you will be charged 5.00 a day until your leak is repaired. Please remember most new hoses do not come with washers. Most leaks can be fixed by inserting a washer in the hose end. Please let us know immediately if there is a water leak on the bib end of your hose. We will repair immediately.

SEPTIC TANK MAINTENANCE

We are working to do the maintenance on the leach fields and septic fields. Please remember:

Use ONLY septic safe, single ply toilet paper. Do NOT put anything else down your toilets. This results in costly repairs to the septic systems, and can result in costly repairs to your home or our motel units. This toilet paper can be purchased at HEB for a very nominal cost.



If you are using your personal washing machines, we are requesting you do not use for at least 60 days while we are doing maintenance on the leach fields. They use an enormous amount of water and we need your assistance to maintain the leach fields. Thank you for your cooperation.

SPRING CLEANUP TIME

It is time to spruce up around your homes. Please remember anything stored outside must be in plastic containers, with lids. All other items, toys, bikes, kayaks, etc MUST be secured under or behind your unit, not readily visible from the street. Failure to comply will result in termination of your rental agreement. 

DOG WALKING

PLEASE remember you are responsible for removing your pet’s waste at the time you are walking your dog. We have an issue with residents walking their dogs in the leach fields and not picking up their dog waste. This will not be tolerated. Failure to abide by this park rule will result in termination of your rental agreement. Never walk your dogs in other’s yards. Never walk your dog in the area between the office and the gate. That is private property and not part of our park. DO NOT WALK YOUR DOGS AROUND OFFICE OR LAUNDRY ROOMS.

TREE TRIMMING

We are in the process of removing all dead trees and shrubs. If you trim any shrubs or trees on your lot, please make sure all limbs are trimmed to no more than 3 foot lengths prior to placing by dumpster. If you wish to have trimming done, please contact the office.
